Godshall Recruiting seeks a Leader with a background in managing janitorial, custodial, or environmental services operations in regulated facilities. The role oversees multi-site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction in the Greenville area.

You will lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline staff, conduct audits and performance reviews, manage labor and expenses, and drive continuous improvement across locations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing janitorial, custodial, environmental services, or facility support operations, preferably in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.

• Build strong client relationships while serving as the primary contact for operational performance and service delivery.

• Conduct facility inspections, quality audits, and performance reviews to ensure service excellence.
• Manage labor, inventory, and operating expenses while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing janitorial, custodial, environmental services, or facility support operations, preferably in healthcare or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning operations, quality inspections, safety compliance, employee development, and customer service best practices.
• Experience overseeing budgets, staffing, inventory, and multi-site service delivery.
