Job summary

IH Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Account Lead to oversee janitorial operations in Courtland, Alabama. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety program compliance, ongoing training, workforce management, and meeting budget targets while maintaining high cleaning standards for multiple client sites.

Qualifications

• 2 years proven leadership and management success.
• Experience as a manager in janitorial or housekeeping services is highly desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Previous electronic timekeeping experience
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
• Complete online management and leadership training and development.
• Recruit, hire, train and deploy a capable workforce.
• Ensure labor, supply and equipment budgets targets are met.
• Conduct periodic quality audits and address deficiencies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with client leadership.
• Be hands-on in all areas of the contract.
• Perform other duties to support operations.

We are in need of an experienced Account Lead to oversee Janitorial operations. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems and make timely and effective decisions that support the most positive customer experience.

Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance
• Complete all online management and leadership training and development
• Recruit hire, train anddeploy a capable work force
• Ensure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are met
• Conduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediately
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure all requirements and cleaning expectations are achieved consistently
• Be able to adjust to changing customer’s needs
• Must be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.
• Perform other assigned duties to support operation needs.

Requirements:

• 2 years proven leadership and management success
• Previous experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
• Previous experience with electronic timekeeping
• The ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate with all levels
• Exceptional decision making, problem solving and people skills
