Impact Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. The Account Manager will develop relationships with assigned portfolio customers and connect with key executives to promote company strategy, increase revenue and profit.

Responsibilities include building new accounts, presenting tailored solutions, leveraging CRM tools, and staying ahead of market pricing in the multifamily flooring sector.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years customer sales experience
• Minimum 2 years flooring experience or related experience
• Experience selling to multifamily property management companies preferred
• Must have reliable transportation, up-to-date auto insurance and valid driver’s license

Aufgaben

• Develop and build sales with existing customers and establish new accounts
• Prepare sales presentations tailored to customers’ needs
• Utilize CRM systems to document sales activities, scheduling, customer calls and reporting
• Monitor competitive multifamily flooring marketplace pricing, products and installations
• Recommend new and innovative products, services, and policies based on results
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by understanding issues and proposing solutions
• Maintain strong account management and client relationships
