Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts and deliver exceptional customer service while driving account performance. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections, with strong emphasis on customer relationships and showroom standards.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $13.01–$15.30 per hour, weekly pay, and clear opportunities for advancement as many Store Managers and District Managers were promoted from within.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection goals.
• Deliver in-store, phone, and in-home white-glove service.
• Drive sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
