Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Salem, Oregon seeks an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales by promoting new rental agreements. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections with focus on maintaining account health.

The position offers full-time hours, a path for advancement, and weekly pay with benefits. Prior sales or customer service experience is valued, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
