Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee rental accounts and deliver exceptional service. The role involves building customer relationships, driving account performance, and coordinating deliveries and pickups while supporting sales growth and account health.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1-6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers' homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
