Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while coordinating deliveries and pickups. The role emphasizes relationship building, collections, and maintaining showroom standards.

A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are required. The position is full-time, with a fast-paced environment and opportunities for growth within a nationwide company.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments utilizing account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
