• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly goals.
• Deliver white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
