Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for an Account Manager who will manage rental accounts, deliver exceptional service, and drive account performance. The role involves deliveries, pickups, and maintaining showroom standards while upholding RAC safety and store guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, and strong communication skills. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided in a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections and meet daily collection targets.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and at customers' homes.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Support sales growth and secure payment commitments.
