Rent-A-Center is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of rental accounts, deliver strong customer service, and drive sales growth. You will manage deliveries and pickups, build lasting customer relationships, and support early-stage collections.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due).
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments.
• Complete routes for deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
