NCA Inc in Tysons, VA is seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to meet with business owners one-on-one in a consultative approach, delivering customer-focused insights and building long-term relationships for our clients.

The ideal candidate loves working with people, thrives in a fun, upbeat environment, and has 0–3 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant. Compensation includes uncapped commissions or base pay with bonuses.

Account Manager Job Functions:

• Engage with customers, in-person, in a professional, friendly manner
