Qualifications

• Experience in selling to contractors is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to speak, read, and write proficiently in English.
• Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with current assigned customers to provide value and grow share.
• Prospect to new accounts.
• Develop strategies to provide value by understanding customer needs and goals.
• Generate new business for the digital team from existing and new customers.
• Collaborate with your manager on how to approach different clients to sell digital solutions.
• Demo and sell the Cooper Electric website, mobile app, and digital tools.
• Assist customers in product selection using product knowledge.
• Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
• Encourage the use of digital tools across the customer base.
