Job summary

Elge Plumbing, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an Account Manager Customer Service to nurture key client relationships across the Boston area. You will collaborate with operations to meet service commitments and drive satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or account management, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and conflict resolution. You will contribute to renewal opportunities and retention initiatives, supporting growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software systems.
• Ability to handle escalated customer situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding service issues.
• Resolve escalated customer service concerns in partnership with operations teams.
• Monitor account satisfaction and proactively address potential issues.
• Maintain accurate account records and activity notes in the CRM.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer retention and loyalty.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure service commitments to accounts are fulfilled.
• Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics for assigned accounts.
• Partner with sales on renewal and retention opportunities.
