Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group in Orlando, FL is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the department leader, you will service customer accounts and help bind and issue policies.

This role requires organizing client records, processing endorsements, renewals, and maintaining high confidentiality while delivering exceptional service to our retail partners.

How You Will Contribute:

• Set up New and Renewal client records.
• Bind New and Renewal policies.
• Issue policies as necessary.
• Follow up for missing file documentation (loss runs, applications, etc.).
• Review applications.
• Issue, Invoice and Process endorsement, cancellations, reinstatements, and non-renewals.
• Order loss control reports, follow up for compliance of recs.
• Compliance with Quality Control guidelines.

Licenses and Certifications:

2-20 License (within 90 days of employment).

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• High School or equivalent education.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
