About Faber

Faber is a labour solutions provider, which uses an app-based platform to directly connect construction companies to local construction workers looking for temporary or full-time work. Our passion is providing a more transparent, reliable, and accountable way for both employers and employees to connect with each other.

About the Role

We are immediately hiring an experienced Account Manager to support the growth of our Dallas-Fort Worth market. This role will work directly with our leadership team to develop Faber’s client base in the Dallas region by generating business prospects from new and existing clients in the Dallas area. To be considered for this position, you must be located in the DFW metroplex.

Role Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have the opportunity to create and implement an effective sales strategy to grow existing house accounts and bring in new clients. You will be responsible for finding new clients in the local construction industry, presenting Faber’s temporary labour solutions, determining potential sales leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing on contracts. This role requires experience in sales or account management at a labour solutions provider within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Proactively generate new sales leads within the local construction industry, with the intention of creating long-term relationships with clients who will utilize Faber's temporary labour platform on a consistent basis.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals in the region.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the local construction industry.
  4. Present Faber’s temporary labour solutions to clients and pursue contracts.
  5. Develop and oversee sales budget for the Dallas region.
  6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Schedule face-to-face meetings with potential clients and act as Faber’s brand representative.
  8. Set sales targets and performance metrics for the region.

Skills and Requirements

  1. Must have experience in temporary labour account management or sales.
  2. Ability to visit client offices and construction sites all over Dallas-Fort Worth.
  3. Experience in temporary labour supply.
  4. Desire to pursue business opportunities and generate new clients.
  5. Strong time management and ability to create your own schedule and tasks without much oversight.
  6. Strong understanding of construction and temporary labour staffing as it relates to the Dallas market.
  7. Ability to create and maintain relationships with key clients.
  8. Proficiency with CRM and IT tools, experience with Hubspot.
  9. Desire to continue developing as a sales leader in the construction industry.
