Responsibilities
- Lead project management in support of day-to-day account activities, including but not limited to Client communications and program management; coordinating internal client team efforts, resource and budget management; scheduling; tracking and reporting project progress; presentation development; development of creative briefs, status reports, and timelines.
- Support the AD in program development as necessary: external stakeholder engagement; event planning; content and asset management, such as talking points, briefing documents, editorial calendars, PowerPoint presentations and proofreading; desktop research; and post-event evaluation and associated administrative tasks.
- Participate in annual planning & program and project planning by playing a supporting role to the AD and the Client Lead.
- Expertly leverage tools/software for project management and team collaboration.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners such as other agencies, client resources, as well as research and production and media partners.
- Directly interface with client and/or client-facing teams to coordinate delivery of successful projects.
- Build and nurture client relationships, while also working with AD to define new strategic and business expansion opportunities.
- Be a brand steward for clients, ensuring strategic and client brand consistency across key touch points.
- Assist in new business activities as needed.
Qualifications
- A proven track record with 7 to 10 years of experience in Project/Program/Account Management, with background from Corporate, Agency or Consultancy (PR, Brand, Communications).
- A huge plus if the candidate has experience working with large clients and in the areas of Sustainability, Corporate Philanthropy, Stakeholder Relationship Managementor Internal Communications.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multipleprojects at the same time and meet deadlines.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software

Job Requirements
- Position type: Full-time hybrid position.
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI office or remote from SE Michigan.
- Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, $75-85K + Bonus eligibility.
