Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Account Manager (associate to senior level) to join a dynamic and mission-focused team. Account Managers serve as the catalysts for client success—anticipating needs, crafting creative solutions, and driving event strategies that deliver measurable impact. This role is part of a social impact company dedicated to both financial returns and environmental sustainability, with a strong emphasis on building long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients who are changing the world.
Main Objectives
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and prospects—building deep relationships that drive loyalty and growth.
- Develop expertise in products/services to expand business within existing accounts.
- Partner with client marketing teams to bring brand visions to life at trade shows and live events.
- Create winning proposals in collaboration with Creative, Project, and Production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue & margin targets for assigned accounts.
- Create departmental budgets alongside clients year-over-year.
- Price projects accurately and develop compelling proposals.
- Liaise daily with internal teams to ensure flawless project execution aligned with client expectations.
- Communicate project details and changes promptly across departments.
- Mentor new team members as needed to foster growth within the team.
- Travel 10%–15% to support clients at events or trade shows as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales or account management experience with direct revenue responsibility.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in competitive environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to travel up to 15% for client events and meetings.
- Hybrid work schedule requiring in-office presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of B2B sales or account management experience managing large portfolios
