Job summary

Smartland in Ohio is seeking an experienced sales professional to transform existing customer relationships into ongoing maintenance business. You will walk sites, scope work, price proposals, and convert emergencies into contracted services.

You’ll manage multi-property accounts, grow the book of business, and collaborate with dispatch to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time delivery. A commission-based upside accelerates earnings from month one.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or service sales for industrial/commercial clients.
• Ability to walk a building, scope work, and price it without escalation.
• Comfort with maintenance agreements and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Walk buildings, scope work, and price it.
• Write estimates and proposals, then follow up until a yes or no.
• Turn emergency callers into contract customers and onboard new accounts.
• Coordinate with dispatch so technicians know the scope of work.
• Chase new business with property management groups and multi-location operators.
