Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines in Southern California with hybrid work options. You will manage a book of business, coordinate client service, renewals, and billing, and maintain agency systems while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active property & casualty license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business

• Resolve complex issues and ensure no errors or omissions
