Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager - Commercial Lines in Southern California. The role focuses on managing a book of business, ensuring retention, and supporting new business with a strong emphasis on customer service and policy administration.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license (CIC preferred) and bring 3–5 years of account management experience within the insurance industry, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Manage an assigned book of business, maintaining retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renewals: monitor expirations, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Oversee accounts receivable, monitor reports, and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms for accuracy.
