Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active property & casualty (P&C) licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Renewals: manage expirations, negotiations and proposals.
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy across carrier/vendor platforms.
