Job summary

Parvin-Clauss Sign Company, located at 165 Tubeway Dr, Carol Stream, IL 60188, is seeking an Account Manager to nurture client relationships and coordinate signage projects from inquiry to completion.

You will work with internal teams to ensure clear communication of requirements, manage multiple accounts, and pursue growth opportunities with existing customers. A customer-focused, organized approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or project coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ERP and business systems.
• Relevant experience is valued; a college degree is not required.
• Signage, manufacturing, graphics, or construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate repeat business.
• Follow up on RFQs, estimates, proposals, customer approvals, and outstanding items.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Design, Manufacturing, and Installation.
• Help ensure project requirements, specifications, and customer expectations are clearly communicated.
• Assist with change orders, scope updates, customer concerns, and billing questions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and support efficient project execution.

Parvin-Clauss Sign Company is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Account Manager to build strong customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and help coordinate custom signage projects from initial inquiry through completion.
