ClaimSorted is seeking an Account Manager to own the full customer relationship from onboarding through go-live, renewal and expansion. You will work closely with the CEO as the client’s internal quarterback, coordinating across Ops, Claims, and Product to unblock issues and keep clients confident.

Formación

• 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, sales, or insurance/InsurTech(a)

Responsabilidades

• Own the full customer relationship from onboarding to renewal and expansion
• Coordinate Ops, Claims, and Product to unblock issues
• Manage the account rhythm with success plans, SLAs, escalation paths, and executive updates
• Spot risk early, de-escalate issues, and earn renewals and references
• Identify and close expansion opportunities (new programs, regions, lines, volume)
• Turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks and templates
