Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with key clients and driving sales within your assigned territory. You’ll work with a diverse range of customers, offering high-quality products that meet the toughest industry standards. Principle Duties And Responsibilities
Active Selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect new business opportunities in your territory.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable products for their projects.
- Act as the key customer contact, identifying needs, managing expectations and resolving issues through proactive communication.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing timely responses, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand the market and keep customers informed.
- Own the customer relationship.
- Solicit sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
- Introduce new programs to customers.
- Close on sale opportunities.
- Manage leads and customers in the Company’s CRM management system.
- Manage aged inventory and accounts receivable.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product offerings, treatment technologies, and industry trends to position UFP as the go‑to choice.
- Work closely with the internal team to coordinate orders, deliveries, and resolve any product‑related concerns.
Strategic
- Develop programs based on customer needs
- Create ongoing and growing business.

- Focus on targets and updates through CRM management.

- Conduct customer business reviews.
- Introduce new product expansion/market.
- Prepare various reports and correspondence as required.

Training

Qualifications
Work Experience, Certifications and Education
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in customer service.
- Working experience in sales, preferably with product, industry, and market knowledge.
- Ability to understand technical specifications of products and communicate their benefits effectively to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Understanding of basic accounting and business concepts.
- Proficiency in the use of the English language in reading, writing and speaking.

Salary Pay Range
$75,000 annually dependent on experience. Pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living.
Bonus/Incentive Pay
Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
