Join to apply for the Account Manager - Charlotte, NC role at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc.

This is a remote, field-based position. The selected candidate will be required to live in or near Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure sales objectives are met through effective sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the territory and customer needs.
  2. Develop a territory coverage plan including multiple counties, medical centers, hospitals, and outpatient imaging centers.
  3. Maintain regular contact with customers to identify future needs and ensure service requirements are met.
  4. Qualify opportunities using inbound lead sources within the territory.
  5. Partner with lifecycle teams to identify aging install bases and implement upgrade or replacement plans.
  6. Close sales orders on a quarterly basis.
  7. Keep sales tools updated to reflect territory coverage, opportunities, and activities.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in consultative selling and closing large contracts.
  • Experience with long sales cycles and working with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging products and systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in medical imaging sales or similar field; 3+ years preferred.
