Job summary

NextGen Security, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to nurture existing client relationships and coordinate with Operations and Engineering to deliver security solutions from proposal to delivery. This entry-level role supports growth in a dynamic security integration environment.

You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic technical understanding of key product lines.
• Must communicate effectively and professionally to customers and within the company.
• Positive attitude and willingness to interact with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to integrity and to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

This position will have multiple roles ranging from: managing existing client’s needs and developing long-term relationships w/assigned accounts. Presenting solutions based on customer requirements and working with operations and engineering on a regular basis to develop proposals and to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

• Management of existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships
• Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to your customers
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Project estimating.
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Networking with vendors, suppliers and industry contacts.
• Creation of quotes and scopes of work.
