Amphenol Communications Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to advocate for customers, coordinate with internal teams, and manage key accounts in a fast-paced, global environment. The role emphasizes understanding customer needs, delivering on commitments, and providing strong support to Product Managers, Project Management, and other functions.

Ideal candidates will communicate effectively in English, work well under pressure, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Knowing your customers and their projects/products, understanding customers' critical demand and business environment.
• Supporting customer activities, resolving delivery, quality, inventory, and demand issues in an international and time sensitive environment.
• Handling requests from different stakeholders (sales, customers, ODM/CMs, and production team from multiple sites globally) with a data driven and analytical approach.
• Securing trustful monthly forecast for key accounts and providing forecast analysis to ensure data integrity.
