Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts with senior staff.
• Manage daily financial, business, and personal client affairs.
• Review bank balances and oversee transfers.
• Prepare and reconcile daily and monthly bank statements.
• Generate monthly cash flow reports and close periods.
• Complete daily billing timesheets with commentary.
• Review and approve work by Bookkeepers, including payroll timesheets.
• Mentor and oversee bookkeeping staff, supporting development.
• Collaborate with management to keep records accurate and timely.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency.
