The successful candidate will bring 5–7+ years in accounting/bookkeeping within private wealth or related fields, with a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and strong GL/AP/AR skills, Excel proficiency, and a proven ability to handle

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a client portfolio and coordinate with internal teams and partners.
• Manage full lifecycle of client requests from intake to closure.
• Monitor cash balances, transfers, wires, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate insurance renewals, policy changes, and claims.
• Lead new client onboarding, including bank accounts and access provisioning.
• Assist with major transactions, funding logistics, and tax filing coordination.

Our client, a respected consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the trusted financial hub for their roster of high-net-worth clients. This is a role for someone who leads with discretion, operates with precision, and genuinely loves bringing calm to complexity. This role is hybrid in Glendale.

What You'll Own

• Client relationship management: primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio, anticipating needs and coordinating seamlessly across internal teams and external partners
• End-to-end service workflow: full lifecycle of client requests from intake through closure, with nothing falling through the cracks
• Cash management & banking: monitoring balances, preparing and processing transfers and wires, maintaining clean documentation
• Insurance coordination: renewals, policy changes, and claims alongside brokers
• Onboarding & account setup: leading new client onboarding, including bank account openings, documentation, and access provisioning
• Major transactions & reporting: supporting significant personal and asset purchases, coordinating funding logistics and lender communications, assisting with 1099 administration and tax/accounting filing coordination

What You Bring

• 5-7+ years in accounting/bookkeeping within business management, family office, investment management, or private wealth environments
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong GL fundamentals, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation skills; payroll coordination and insurance administration experience
• Proficiency in Excel; AgilLink experience a strong plus
• Exceptional discretion and judgment, with the ability to prioritize a high volume of work and communicate clearly in writing and in person
