Job summary

Your Financial Alternative, a boutique business management firm with offices in Encino and Beverly Hills, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee multiple client relationships and handle day-to-day financial and administrative needs for high-net-worth clients. This hands-on role requires strong bookkeeping, client service, and supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate has direct experience reviewing system-generated P&L statements and balance sheets, payroll and payroll tax

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of bookkeeping experience with trial balance work and financial statements.
• Experience supervising staff and managing multiple client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Ability to manage priorities with sound professional judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned clients’ business, personal, and financial affairs.
• Serve as primary client contact and respond to questions promptly and professionally.
• Review general ledger activity and correct issues; prepare monthly cash flow reports.
• Record and review real estate transactions; review P&L and balance sheets.
• Understand payroll processing and payroll tax compliance; supervise support staff.
• Maintain proficiency with Office software and firm systems; ensure quality standards.
