YQNLINK, Port Reading, NJ-based logistics platform, seeks a bilingual client relations coordinator to serve as daily contact for assigned accounts, communicating in Mandarin and English and supporting cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional communication in Mandarin and English.
• Assist in managing client accounts, track service performance, and resolve issues.
• Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Participate in client meetings and calls to maintain relationships and growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity.
• Translate documents between Mandarin and English when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will do:

• Support senior team in preparing reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure client expectations are met.
• Participate in client meetings and calls as needed to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activity.
• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B client relationship management or related fields

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
