Job Summary

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing and selling Comcast Business Class products and services through indirect distribution channels. Manage ongoing relationships with third-party vendors. Drive revenue and ensure the Partners are positioning Comcast Business Class solutions to their end-users. This role is an individual contributor position without direct supervision responsibilities.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Drive incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with 30-35 partners in a given market or region, who are sub-agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners.
  2. Recruit, train, and support the partner community to effectively promote the full suite of Comcast Business Class solutions.
  3. Ensure consistent completion of product installations by collaborating with regional teams regarding surveys, order acceptance, construction, and post-sale processes.
  4. Act as liaison to channel partners on sales-related issues.
  5. Recruit new direct partners and master sub-partners.
  6. Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts via Salesforce.com.
  7. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
  8. Maintain regular, punctual attendance; be willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

This role can be performed in California, Colorado, and Washington, with a salary range of $74,880.00 - $156,000.00, plus targeted commissions of $75,000.00. Most sales roles are eligible for commissions; non-sales roles may be eligible for bonuses. Comcast offers comprehensive benefits to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally.
