Job summary

Premium Oilfield Technologies in Williston, ND is seeking an Account Manager to grow the company’s presence in the Williston Basin. You’ll serve as a key contact for customers, develop strategic plans, and promote Premium’s full line of products and services.

The role requires building relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and traveling regionally to support customers. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in sales or management are preferred, with strong communication and organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer relationships and supporting spare parts and service needs related to mud pumps.
• Promoting Premium's full portfolio of products and services.
• Developing business strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
• Generating quotes and providing weekly KPI and forecast reporting.
• Coordinating with sales, service, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitoring inventory requirements and service standards.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure exceptional support.
• Supporting safety, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Traveling throughout the region as needed to support customers and business growth.
