Senior Manager, Customer Success at Advantage Partners

We are seeking an Account Manager! This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager who will own the full lifecycle of client renewals and expansion, from post-service delivery through confirmation of renewal. Your primary focuses will be driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and identifying opportunities for account growth, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end quarterly renewal process for a portfolio of firm clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the entire renewal lifecycle and ensure the client schedules their next service.
  • Achieve and exceed over 100% quarterly NRR by serving as a trusted advisor to firm clients related to their security & compliance goals.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities with existing accounts in order to meet a quarterly expansion target (cross-sells and upsells).
  • Partner with Customer Success and third-party partners to assess customer health and drive the appropriate renewal solution.
  • Monitor and report on renewal pipeline and forecast retention rates in order to achieve quarterly NRR targets.
  • Proactively address client issues or concerns that may impact renewal likelihood.
  • Leverage existing processes to surface client feedback (NPS) and contribute to our advocacy programs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in account management, renewals, or sales, preferably in a B2B or professional service environment.
  • Proven track record of managing a large book of business and hitting retention and expansion targets.
  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with account planning frameworks.
  • Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign required.
  • Experience with Mixmax is a plus.
  • Experience in security & compliance is a plus.

The US annualized OTE (On Target Earnings) range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 with a pay mix of 80/20 (base/commission). This position is eligible for benefits and bonus program.
