Position Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by identifying and creating value for existing PAR franchisee customers through the execution of PAR’s sales process. A strong focus on team development, strategic growth, and accountability is critical to success. This role leads a team dedicated to expanding and nurturing our franchisee customer base and contributes to refining PAR’s go-to-market strategy.

  • High attention to detail, self-motivation, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of balancing customer and company interests.
  • Ability to quickly master complex domains like restaurant operations and SaaS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.

Additional Skills

  • Sales forecasting and pipeline development expertise.
  • Knowledge of loss prevention, analytics, and third-party integrations.
  • Ability to onboard, train, and develop a successful sales team.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a desire for continuous improvement.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Drive bookings and pipeline development through upselling to existing franchisee accounts.
  • Lead a team of Franchisee Account Managers to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Execute strategic sales plans that align with customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Develop short- and long-term objectives to grow franchisee sales.
  • Forecast sales activity and manage performance goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Promote PAR products and services with technical and market insight.
  • Train and onboard team members for rapid contribution.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of PAR’s offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Manage department expenditures within budget constraints.
