About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Paid Social Account Manager to to help our beauty-brand clients unlock growth across Paid Social, with particular emphasis on Meta and TikTok. You will convert commercial targets and media briefs into full-funnel media strategies, partner with channel leads to allocate spend, and own the end-to-end campaign cycle; from set-up and creative testing to optimization and performance storytelling. Your deep grasp of the customer journey lets you deploy the right campaign types at each stage to maximize incremental sales, ROAS, and CPO.

Role Requirements

• Degree from an accredited 4-year college or international equivalent.
• Hands-on experience planning and managing Paid Social campaigns with a strong emphasis on Meta (Advantage+, Reach& Frequency, and Video view) and full funnel TikTok campaigns (TikTok shop & GMV).
• In-depth experience working with other channel leads, effectively deciphering client briefs to ensure most effective budget allocation whilst optimizing and reporting on a diverse set of KPI’s.
• Clear and professional client communication to ensure sensible recommendations.
• Ability to pivot at any stage based on real time data
• Advantageous to have additional experience managing YouTube campaigns and having knowledge or interest in the beauty and skincare industry.
