About the Role - ClearDATA is on the lookout for an Account Manager. We're in search of someone who embodies curiosity, independence, and self-motivation, flourishing in an entrepreneurial setting. This position offers remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities
Qualifications - Enthusiasm, resilience, and a strong sense of determination. A proactive mindset, a genuine passion for helping customers, and the perseverance to overcome challenges. Energy to engage with clients, the motivation to continuously improve, and the drive to push past setbacks in pursuit of your goals. Cold Calling Experience. Prior sales experience in a similar, quota-bearing role selling complex solutions, preferably within the healthcare IT or cloud IT industry. Experience selling to IT departments and understanding their decision-making processes. Strong technical aptitude to understand how technology products and solutions can effectively address and solve business problems. Knowledge of the entire sales cycle and a strong ability to adhere to a structured sales process. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM software and Microsoft Office preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to plan and prioritize important tasks and work with accuracy and attention to detail. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong written communication, and oral presentation skills. Possesses a competitive attitude and strong work ethic and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, and matrixed organizational environment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills - Ability to articulate the benefits of cloud and digital transformation in healthcare. Experience in Public Cloud Healthcare (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Hosting Solutions. Experience in technology and SaaS sales. Experience in Cyber Security and/or Managed Services. Consistent track record of quota overachievement.
