POSITION OVERVIEW

The Publisher Account Manager at Interest Media is responsible for cultivating, managing, and growing relationships with publisher partners. This position primarily focuses on driving traffic to Interest Media's owned and operated websites, acquiring leads, and achieving traffic quality goals. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, websites, offers, and data capabilities. The Publisher Account Manager role involves executing strategic initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and balancing analytical and creative tasks across both domestic and international partnerships.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently manage a portfolio of domestic and international publisher partners, focusing on building relationships, growing accounts, and ensuring partner retention.
  • Oversee the daily operations of publisher campaigns, including onboarding new publishers, launching campaigns, adjusting rates and budgets, offering creative and targeting recommendations, and monitoring lead quality and performance through analytical reporting.
  • Provide ongoing campaign optimizations, clear and consistent communication with partners, and work closely with Analytics and Operations teams to drive growth and scalability.
  • Thoroughly understand publisher KPIs, collaborate to provide performance analysis and strategic recommendations, and explore opportunities for scaling campaigns, expanding partnerships, and optimizing creatives, landing pages, and offers.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Media Buying within performance marketing, lead generation, co-reg, or affiliate marketing
  • Proven track record in managing publisher partner relationships
  • Experience overseeing a large partner portfolio, serving as the primary contact for daily communication and leading strategic initiatives, particularly with publisher accounts
  • Skilled in analyzing performance reports, focusing on KPIs such as CVR, CPA, CPL, CPC, and other lead generation metrics
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and upselling skills
  • Strong ability to interpret data and provide strategic business recommendations
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HasOffers, Tune, Everflow, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
