Responsibilities for our Account Managers include:

1. Managing a portfolio of client accounts.
2. Collaborating internally to approve social media content.
3. Maintaining organization, attention to detail, and effective time management.
4. Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
5. Contributing to team strategies and new ideas.
6. Providing brand direction to graphics, copy, and video teams.
7. Developing social media and digital strategies.
8. Learning and adapting to new or emerging social media channels with enthusiasm.
9. Monitoring daily interactions on client social media pages.
10. Creating, managing, and analyzing online contests and giveaways.
11. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting social campaign performance monthly using company tools.
12. Interpreting and presenting results from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta ads.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of client management or agency experience is preferred.
• Google or Facebook Certifications are a plus.
• This role requires travel at least 25% of the time.
