Job summary

RentEngine is hiring to scale our onboarding and post-onboarding customer experience. You’ll serve as the direct point of contact for onboarded customers, educate teams on RentEngine Applications, and partner with product and support to bring new features to customers.

You will leverage your leasing or property management background, training skills, and sales experience to drive success. This is a high-responsibility, high-growth role with equity and generous PTO.

Ever rented an apartment? RentEngine makes it faster, easier, and cheaper. Hundreds of leasing teams in 40 states rely on RentEngine every day. We launched in 2025 and are growing by 10%/month with a team of 20. We ship new features daily and announce weekly (rentengine.io/blog) Now we're hiring to build even faster.This is a high-growth, high-ownership startup. What You’ll Be Doing

• Serve as the direct point-of-contact for onboarded customers
• Proactively engage current customers to share relevant new feature releases
• Educate more teams about RentEngine Applications
• Work closely with our technical support team and product team to develop new features

What Success Looks Like

• First 4 weeks: Meeting our customers and learning the RentEngine platform
• Weeks 5–8: Leading customer check-in calls and identifying opportunities for teams to use new features
• Weeks 8+: Own the entire post-onboarding customer experience

You’re a Fit If

• You have a leasing or property management background (required)
• You enjoy training people on new systems and features
• You enjoy collaborating with the product team to turn feedback into new releases
• You are exceptionally detail-oriented
• You have sales or account management experience (preferred)

Compensation

• $85k-$100k base + variable
• Employee-sponsored health insurance
• Unlimited PTO (we work very hard, but unplugged time-off is just as important)
