Account Manager – AI/Tech Partnerships

My client, a leading AI infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) provider, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive the growth and retention of strategic accounts. Partnering with Nvidia and AMD, they offer high-performance computing solutions that enable businesses to accelerate AI and machine learning initiatives. Their cutting-edge technology supports enterprises, AI labs, and government projects, driving digital transformation and powering the future of AI innovation. This high-impact role will focus on expanding relationships within their partner ecosystem and driving co-sell and channel growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and nurture key relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
  • Lead the expansion of partner ecosystems through effective collaboration and sales strategies.
  • Drive channel growth and partner-led initiatives to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex technical solutions into clear business value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for product or service alignment with partners’ needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts, with a strong track record of driving growth and retention.
  • A solid understanding of TSDs (Technology Service Desks), channel sales, and partner-led growth strategies.
  • Ability to break down complex technological concepts and present them in a compelling, business-focused way.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams to achieve business goals.
