Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a proven operations leader to guide manufacturing performance in South Carolina. This role directly manages plant operations, driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements while leading cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.

You will develop metrics and dashboards for data-driven decisions, oversee production planning and inventory, and push continuous improvement through Six Sigma and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
• Experience implementing new programs.
• Extensive experience driving operational excellence via inventory management, supply chain coordination, safety, quality systems, facilities oversight, preventive maintenance programs, KPI management, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
