Job summary

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for customer relationships, driving growth and ensuring service execution across production and operations. The role partners across the organization to improve performance in quality, delivery, and profitability.

The position focuses on managing accounts, developing pricing strategies, and leading quotes, with travel to customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, account management, or customer-focused roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and customer profitability drivers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with extrusion, fabrication, coatings, or similar industrial processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and overall satisfaction.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies, monitor margins, and recommend improvements based on market conditions and performance.
• Lead quote activities, including RFQs, follow-up, and coordination to secure new business and meet sales goals.
• Analyze account performance (profitability, on-time delivery, quality) and recommend improvements to enhance results.
• Maintain competitive and customer insights to support business growth and long-term strategy development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed across production and operations.
