Crystal Finishing Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Schofield, WI to serve as the primary contact for customer relationships, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and service execution.

You will collaborate across departments to support customer needs, drive growth, and improve performance in quality, delivery, and profitability. The role involves managing customer accounts, developing pricing strategies, leading RFQ activities, and analyzing account profitability.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, account management, or customer-focused roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of pricing, quoting, and customer profitability drivers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience with extrusion, fabrication, coatings, or similar industrial processes preferred.
• Working knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement concepts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
