Job summary

USA Scientific, Inc. is seeking an outside sales representative to cover our San Jose-based sales territory. The role focuses on promoting our life science products to researchers, demonstrating products in labs and virtually, and expanding the customer base.

You will maintain the CRM, distribute literature to customers, and travel within 45 minutes of San Jose. The position offers salary plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences (preferred).
• 1+ years related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Do you want to start or further your career in sales with a successful company? We are hiring an outside sales representative to cover our San Jose based sales territory. This territory includes Palo Alto, San Jose, Fremont and the surrounding areas. Primary responsibility is to promote the sale of our products within assigned territory in order to achieve sales goals. Although we have an extensive established customer base in this territory, both serving existing customers and finding new customers is an essential part of this position. Demonstrate products to end user customers in their laboratories and virtually. Distribute literature to customers and potential customers. Maintain and grow customer list in CRM. Live within 45 minutes of San Jose.

What sets you apart

• Bachelor's degree - preferably in the life sciences, lab experience is a plus.
• One or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Interest / aptitude to sell products to life science researchers.
• Customer Service Attitude - desire to go the extra mile for the customer.
• Self-motivated - strong desire to succeed is essential.
• Valid driver’s license required and good driving record.

What we offer

• Expected total compensation of $75,000 - $90,000 includes salary and commission.
