Job Description

Vis-à-Vis Health is looking for an Account Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with referral sources, clients, and partner organizations, ensuring satisfaction, efficient communication, and the successful delivery of regulatory paperwork.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources to enhance communication and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with home care companies, skilled nursing homes, hospitals, and other clients.

  • Ensure timely, accurate delivery of regulatory paperwork to referral sources.

  • Prepare periodic activity and accomplishment reports using internal databases.

  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and areas for improvement.

  • Address challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

  • Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Collaborate regularly with team members to discuss progress and develop business improvement strategies.

  • Conduct periodic evaluations of the department to maximize efficiency and meet outcomes.

  • Serve as a liaison with local agencies to ensure clients receive maximum support through community resources.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Communicate with referral sources through verbal and written communication

  • Coordinate services with internal team members

  • Prepare reports for referral sources

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time
