Position Overview

We are hiring an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring maximum revenues through strategic account penetration, and finding, generating, and developing new customers while retaining current ones.

Work Location

This role is designated as Remote within a specified geography, with work performed in Hartford, CT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales, manage pricing to meet margin goals, and grow market share.
  • Develop and execute account-specific business plans.
  • Identify customer needs and create action plans.
  • Analyze market opportunities and sales data.
  • Attend sales meetings and report activities.
  • Daily travel within the territory, with some overnight travel.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree (AA) in lieu of experience.
  • Proven success in Business Development and Sales.
  • CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean traffic violation record in the past 3 years.
Compensation

Starting at $75,000/year plus a 43% monthly incentive. Total compensation includes a commission/incentive plan, with actual pay depending on seniority, merit, and location.
