The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Elite Account Assistant to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Uniondale, NY. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Vehicle Requests, Leinholder Requests, Lost Policy Release/Cancellation Requests, Requests from companies for missed downloads
  2. Mortgage Changes
  3. Policy Enclosed letters, Flood Renewal Quotes letters, Valuable Items letters, Umbrella letters, Final Request letters, Renewal Questionnaire letters, Insured. Pay Co letters, Defensive Driving letters
  4. Renewal Applications: Workers Comp Renewals, Excess Market Renewals, Flood Renewals
  5. Progressive Renewal Quotes
  6. Binders, ID Cards, Certificates
  7. Billing - direct, agency
  8. Payment Calls from Clients/Companies
  9. Contact companies for missed Renewals
  10. Miscellaneous calls and emails for various reasons to clients & carriers
  11. Miscellaneous importing of documents
  12. Interface with Companies
  13. Total Cost Forms/Affidavits
  14. Enter Cancellations/Reinstatements
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum High School degree required
  2. New York State P&C license
  3. Excel skills are a plus
  4. Detail-oriented and organized
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Excellent customer service skills
  8. Ability to analyze and understand insurance policies
