Job summary

EarthTones Design Inc in Texas is seeking an Commercial Maintenance Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with commercial landscape clients. You will oversee maintenance operations, ensure contract compliance, and partner with field teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage multiple accounts, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for additional services while upholding safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• years of experience in landscape maintenance management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and site visits.
• Oversee landscape maintenance operations to ensure contract compliance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify enhancement opportunities and prepare proposals for additional services.
• Partner with production managers and crews to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance services efficiently.
• Monitor job costs, budgets, and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Handle client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Assist in the training and development of field staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
• Support company initiatives related to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
