The Exxat team isseeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our expandingorganization.
As an Account Manager,you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring theirsuccess with our SaaS products and platform, and fostering long-termrelationships. You will play a key role in driving client retention and growth.This role involves managing day-to-day client interactions, coordinatingproject deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction, and performing variousoperational tasks.
Key Areas ofResponsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assignedclients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain strong,long-term relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction andretention.
- Understand client business goalsand objectives to align our SaaS solution with their needs.
- Drive client adoption and ensuresuccessful onboarding and ongoing training.
- Monitor client usage, identifytrends, and proactively address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct regular business reviewswith clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities forimprovement, and drive value realization.
- Identify opportunities forupselling and cross-selling to expand client relationships and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams(e.g., Sales, Support, Product, Data, Integration, Engineering, andConfiguration) to advocate for client needs and ensure a seamless clientexperience and timely delivery of client projects.
- Prepare and present clientreports on key metrics, performance, and ROI.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-dateclient records and documentation in the Monday CRM.
- Contribute to the development andimplementation of account management best practices.
- Understand the client needs froma user perspective (in the context of how the product/feature is beingused).
- Contribute and support deploymentof the technology road map.
- Schedule and conduct regularcustomer checkpoints, rotation readiness, and other governance (based onthe frequency defined) to review project progress, gather feedback, anddiscuss any issues or additional needs.
- Gather and maintain informationon assigned clients.
- Suggest company products/servicesthat maximize client satisfaction.
- Promote product updates /Releases / Conferences and services to existing customers.
- Ensure that clients are renewingtheir contracts and collaborate with the Finance team in the renewalprocess.
- Work with the support team toreview ticketing trends with specific logo or domains.
- Analyze the product utilizationof the customer and provide recommendations on which clients need moresupport.
- 5+ years of experience in accountmanagement, customer service, operations, or a related client-facing role,preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record ofsuccessfully managing client relationships and driving client satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of the SaaSbusiness model and technology.
- Excellent communication,presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective presentation andnegotiation skills.
- Strong negotiation andproblem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identifytrends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, proactive, andresults-oriented.
- Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fast-paced environment with coordination required withmultiple teams.
- Ability to stay focused on thetarget in an ambiguous situation.
- Openness to collaborate with teammembers.
- Good time-management skills with aproblem-solving attitude.

- Basic understanding of projectmanagement principles and operational processes.
- Preferred to have an undergraduatedegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
